What This Conversation Is — And Is Not
This is a private alignment conversation where you will have the opportunity to share important details with me and ask any questions that you may have about the coaching process.
It is designed to help us both:
• Clarify the inflection point you are navigating — professional or personal
• Identify the internal and external dynamics shaping your current situation
• Explore whether this work is aligned with your goals and timing
• Determine the appropriate level of engagement
It is not:
• An actual coaching session
• A deep diagnostic intensive
• A substitute for committed partnership
• A casual exploratory call to see what coaching at this level is all about
This is for the person who knows that they are “ready to be ready“, someone who has perhaps even “tried everything” on their own and who realizes that unless they get specific guidance and help, they will probably be no further along in 6 months than they are now.
The purpose is to insure that we are a “great fit” so that we can both feel turbo charged about helping you achieve things that currently might not feel possible.
Who Should Request a Conversation
This conversation is appropriate for individuals who can say “yes” to any of the following:
- Are navigating a meaningful inflection point — whether you are not where you’d like to be or you’re exactly where you thought you wanted to be but you don’t feel like you thought you’d be feeling.
- Are operating under sustained pressure, transition, or expansion
- Currently feel stuck or like you are not currently able to realize your full potential
- Aspire to expand into an even more impactful leader and achieve a level of leadership excellence in your ability to communicate and think strategically
- Value depth over surface‑level change
- Are prepared to invest in serious, structured development
- Are willing to implement between sessions and to be open to new ideas/approaches when necessary
Some clients enter through executive leadership. Others through personal recalibration.
Both avenues can be consistently successful.
The common denominator is readiness.
Note: If you are seeking casual advice, quick fixes, mere accountability or passive support, this work is likely not the right fit.
