To get you started, here are some of our favorite meditations broken up by morning or evening (suggested times).

Don’t feel like you can do a 30 minute meditation in the morning?

No problem

These “morning” meditations can also be done before bed. They are truly interchangeable.

Find the style that you like and explore.

There are some great meditation apps (like Mindvalley’s Omvana) or simply explore your way through Youtube or spotify.

As always, this is about YOU. It’s about finding the way to boost your set point even higher.

Finding ways to make you feel closer to bullet proof — more unshakable.

Schuyler and I begin every single morning with a meditation. Period. To rush out of the house without meditating would be like setting out on a long trip “without time” to stop by the gas station.

It would get us started at a huge disadvantage.

As Esther Hicks says, “if you knew that your only chance to eat would be at 7am, you’d find a way to be there.”

Your mind needs fuel. Meditation is fuel. Important fuel.

It is worth finding a way to get even 5 minutes of deliberate focused thought (meditation) into your day.

Tony Robbins’ wife sage also has a great app called Freedom Guru that you might want to explore. The important thing is to set aside time to practice guiding your thoughts where YOU intend them to go.

Meditations Especially Great Before Sleep….

These are generally longer meditations.

They are meant not only to soothe you but in many cases to actually help you fall asleep.

So go ahead and fall asleep to these.

Incredibly, your mind will still be hearing the words. Your mind will be guided toward a new habit of thinking more empowering thoughts.

You are on your way to changing the way that you think about sleep.

Welcome to the years ahead when sleep truly becomes a total recharge and refocus!

Why the fuss?

Many clients come to me saying that their thoughts often whirl out of control. They get on this huge downward spiral and “there is no stopping them.”

Yes, it can seem like your thoughts think you.

Unless you start practicing deliberately thinking your thoughts.

In the mediation process, not only can it be calming, it trains you to gently guide your thoughts where YOU tell them to go.

Some say that you should empty your mind.

That can be one way to meditate but it is far from the only way.

Meditation is a terrific way to set your intention for the day (or the next if you meditate prior to bed).

And guess what?

You even get the freedom to choose whether you prefer to meditate sitting down or lying down.

There is even a variation when you are in a super hurry of doing it eye to eye in the mirror while you are getting dressed.

So no excuse for not at least playing with it, rock stars!
